longtime everglide owners....

mine has developed a slick spot... can't feel the texture at all.... anyone else get this??? it's a year or more old... but dang.. i thought it'd last longer than that.

isnt' the whole thing kinda slick? 😛

the label on mine has completely worn off...but it still feels like the original surface is intact....mines been in use for 2 years now

heh, ok, my wording might be a bit off.. the whole thing is slick.. but the worn out part is perfectly smooth (it doesn't look it.. just duller than the rest of the pad).... it's very annoying 🙁 I wish i had kept more extra ones for myself when i bought a whole box of em.

but looking at it again, i'm noticing this is where the "feet" on my optical logitech are.. so i'm guessin it's thru much wear and tear. a bit disappointed.. doesn't seem worth me shellin out the $16 they want for it 🙁

well, my optical works great on regular mousepads...don't see a need to keep an everglide unless you have a ball mouse!

is your everglide black by the way?

yeah, black. i know i can use a regular mouse pad, but i love the feel of the everglides.. plus, the hard mousepad is useful for me cause my desk at school is a little small.. so it hangs off the egde a bit 😉

I have had mine for a good long time, and I can clearly see that the bumps haven't worn out yet. The lettering is starting to get alittle worn but the texture still looks good in the main wear area in the center.
