LOL -- he's got you there, Ryan.

Hey - at least I have something to show for all of my time spent here 😛 This can be productive alot of the time 😛

Everquest - Was pushing about 60 hours straight. The only thing that pushed me to sleep was... sleep, I fell asleep at the keyboard. I do have a semi excuse, I was disabled at the time, fractured some vertabrate in my back, so I had nothing better to do.

Never with any online games. I only got into Guild Wars for a few weeks and the longest session on that was probably 3 hours.

As for my max, on Windows I'd guess Baldurs Gate 2 or Elder Scrolls 3, maybe 6 hours straight. Take an hour break and repeat for an entire weekend.

But in truth, my NES and Snes days saw much more action.

I remember several times sitting down with a friend and playing Super Mario from World one to World 9, all the way through with no skips. We also had some awesome Final Fantasy 1 sessions. I can recall one that went from 8 Am to 8 Pm. We just ate and drank in the TV room, which was right next to a bathroom.
On Snes I remember beating Super Mario World in one sitting, not using shortcuts. And again, Final Fantasy 2 was a big time killer. The first time I played and didnt know what I was doing, it took me 24 hours to beat. Which I did in four 6-hour shifts over a weekend. (BTW, if you know exactly what you're doing and skip all the extra crap, the games takes about 8 1/2 hours to beat. 😉 )

What if your winning money at a lan?

<--many 48+ sessions at lans with money to show 😀.

Diablo 2 for a whole weekend, Friday to Sunday night. I stopped to eat, poop and sleep, but that's about it.

When I hosted small lan parties at my condo, they'd last from 2pm to 7am...

When I was into DAoC I'd routinely come home from work and play from 5pm to 11pm.

Times have changed as now I play maybe 5 hours a week total.

Back when I was like 14-15, I got a 2nd computer and bought a couple of network cards and some coax cable and networked them up. I had a friend come over and we played Duke3D from 9:00pm to about 7:00am, it was sickening. We just put on headphones so we didn't wake my mom up and played our sick little hearts out all night. Neither of us had much DMing experience, so it was unreal to have a lag-less game for us to play right there.

We went to bed at 7, woke up at 11:00 and played Doom 2 Co-Op to the end 😀

I've been straight all my life.

Ignore those who say something different about my college years. They only wish.
😛

EDIT: 😱 oh, nevermind.

I played Alone in the Dark from 6 PM to 9 AM.
