Longest time between backups

The gist of this started on another thread, but here goes.

I have a PC's Limited 286 (Circa 1987) with a 21 MB hard drive. Yah, a whopping twenty-one megabytes.

The machine still works and all, and I do use it on a regular basis. PC's Limited is now Dell, not that makes any difference.

My question is this; what's the greatest amount of time between backups on your particular system?

My main system gets backed up every 3-6 months, but the PC's Limited will experience its first backup in 13 years (since new).

Are there any other record holders out there?

Going on five years & 3 systems, and I too have NEVER backed up!
About all I do towards that end is burn my downloaded files to a CD.
The rest of my programs, I just reload one-at-a-time after a format
I have considered getting the "Hacker Card" to make life a little easier after a format. I've posted here before about this card. But nobody ever responds. Who knows, maybe this time?
