Gone With the Wind. It came on tv every year, and my mother had to watch it. I think it's about 18 hours long with commercials. Damn I hated that movie.

That doesn't account for the quantum time dilation that occurs when you're stuck watching Gone With the Wind on the only tv in the house. Want to live forever? Put GWtW on perpetual loop. It'll feel like you're *living forever.

*living in only the most basic sense. Even if you're a real trooper, you'll be praying for death before the second run is finished.
 
Wait... How long was The Hateful Eight? Longer than five seasons of The Wire, right? Had to be. Or maybe it just felt like it.
 
Ben Hur(1959) at 212 minutes. Epic is the perfect word to describe that movie.

Once Upon a Time in America dragged on way to long for my tastes.

Agree Lawrence of Arabia, great movie at a respectable 222 minutes

Also not the longest but the director's cut of Kingdom of Heaven is one of my favorites coming in at 190 minutes, 46 minutes longer then the regular version, I originally didn't care for it because Orlando bloom was fresh in my mind from Lord of the rings. But as time went by and the director's cut came out I have changed my mind, great movie.

I watched and wrote a paper on a movie called "1900" in University. It is a whopping 317 minutes long, in italian with subtitled english. I earned that 'B'.

De Niro is full frontal naked in it and gets a hand job on screen. It was weird. This is a real movie I swear.
 
Probably the extended cut of one of the LOTR movies. Return of the King EE is 263 minutes.

There are other movies that are listed as being longer that I've seen parts of and perhaps even saw all of over many sittings. But I'm reasonably sure that I never watched anything longer than Return of the King all at once.
 
A self-made porn of me and my girlfriend at the time...it was around 6 hours long.

5 of those hours were us sleeping though.
