Longest motorcycle jump in history

On ESPN tonight at 11:00 eastern. Anybody planning on watching?

It's been more than 30 years since Evel Knievel soared over 13 Mack trucks, jumped 14 Greyhound buses or cleared the fountains at Caesar's Palace, but his legacy lives on. Maddison hopes to cruise at about 95 mph on his motorcycle, up a ramp, off the edge and through more than 300 feet of air.

A long climb to the top of the practice jump didn't persuade Maddison from stopping his attempt.

To be clear, the current world record is for the longest documented motorcycle jump is 277 feet by Trigger Gumm in 2005. So Maddison would only have to best that jump by one foot to officially break the record.

They showed a video of a guy that was also suppose to jump a truck but during practise the guy missed the cardboard boxes they use and landed on the roof of the truck.

I f'ing hate ESPN. First they blame the late start on college football (give me a god damn break you could have gotten it done 40 minutes earlier) and then you go to a commercial before the next jump

They couldnt have done it at midnight eastern because of higher winds..
