I am am very nit picky. WHen it comes to MP3's, I want all of my songs to be in the correct 'naming format'. (Artist[space]-[space]Song Name). The problem is, many of my MP3's are named like: Artist-[space]Song Name. I know it sounds like I am crazy, but I need everything to be the same. Are there any programs that rename the mp3's to add the extra space in between Artist and the '-'?

Thanks.

How would the program be able to differentiate between the end of the band name & the beginning of the song name?

For example, I can see it renaming "Goo Goo Dolls Slide" to "Goo - Goo Dolls Slide." Unless you had some sort of database of artists, you'd be hard pressed to do this with a program.

Looks like you're going to be renaming MP3's by hand.

real jukebox does that, I use
Artist - Album - Track # - Track Name and you can apply to all existing music

but yeah, there are probably millions of program that does it..

Viper That database is called the cddb or compact disk data base, It works great if you run the songs through it before they are ripped (with for example audio catalyst) but that I know of it doesnt do Mp3's Just .cda
