Well let's see...

Public schools purchase them and put LOTS of miles on them.
Then they go up on auction and the churches buy them. Another 100k.
Then the army buys them to take recruits to bootcamp. 60k. Lots of smoke now!
The locals buy them on the islands where they arrive by Cargo ship. They are quite rough and have to be shored up with whatever scraps they have. Best thing is the paint job.

What is that a 750F chassis? Probably has a Ford 460cid plant in it with more miles than the space station!
