hi folks! along with building new(er) rigs, i still like to mess with old stuff; rescueing interesting dinosaurs etc. with this i often get spare ram modules passed along. this is my Q.
having never mastered the old ident systems, what have i got here?:
HY57V658020 TC-10.
this is a double-sided, unbuffered module; apparently from hynix ichon site. here is the closest i can get;
HY = HYNIX
57 = SDRAM
V = CMOS 3.3V
65 = 64M 4K REFRESH
80 = DATA WIDTH X8
2 = 4BANK
0 = LVTL
TC = 400MIL TSOP11
10 = 10NS = 100MHZ
so, do i have 64meg, 128meg or 256meg and is it a true pc100 speed?
