I did a ~120 hour week once, followed by a couple 80-hour weeks, 6 or 7 years ago.

On top of my OT, they gave me a fat bonus. I was printing bus wraps and banners for a large event, handled the production of the job almost totally on my own. I remember the invoice for all the print was about $210k.

I might be lazy, but at least I'm not retarded. What on earth would possess you to do that?

I work a typical 40 hour a week job but come October/November (we register people to vote as well as run the IT part of elections) I'll be working 14-18 hour days Mon-Saturday for a few weeks straight.

as for me, i've done 7x12 for a month straight. yeah for being salaried :( but the huge bonus was nice :Smile;

Making $14/hr and yes everything over 8hr per day and anything past 5 days per week was all time and a half.

become a starbucks asst mgr and make $35k/yr (plus 10% bonus) at a starter store. more at a high traffic store.

do not become a sbux mgr. they are salaried (everyone else gets time and half).

Not union(Engineer), but I get 1.5x for overtime, and 2x on Sundays, and 3 of those days were travel days(paid travel) from Wichita KS -> New Orleans, LA then New Orleans to Monterrey Mexico, then Monterrey back to Wichita.

Heh yeah if I was going to stay in retail I would probably look at getting a better paying job but like I said I'm going back to school. That's not bad pay for asst manager of a Starbucks though, I think I make a little over 30k/yr WHEN I factor in the over time I get for the year and that's after 3+ years. And I have a lot of responsibilities.

I worked about 80 hours a week during the month of December when I worked at a grocery store when I was younger.

100+ hour weeks for months on end in late 80s.

young struggling company was competing for a contract. promises of rewards if we got it. we got it. no rewards. owners retired a few years later after sale of company. yes, I know, stupid, stupid, stupid, ...

usually during the end of the year before christmas is when everyone is pulling those unpaid overtimes to look good for bonus and finishing projects. Those days were usually 12 hours, including lunch, but it didn't feel that bad,

I think my longest week ever was about 60 hours at my last job. I almost wanted to shoot myself afterwards since it was a job I didn't like.
