Long boot up time

So I told someone I would clean up their system (spyware and whatnot). Anyways. They have a terrible boot up time. It's longer than 2 mins. I can't seem to get it to speed up. I don't know if it's software or hardware related. It does boot up faster in safe mode though.

Specs
Dell Dimension 2400
2.5 P4
384 MB PC2700 ram
slow ass HD (80gig)
Intel extreme (LOL) graphics chip
Windows XP Home SP2

Anyways, after I cleaned it up and added additional 256MB of ram, It's running great, other than the 2 min boot time. I did disable the NIC card to make sure it's not a network delay, but it was still a long boot.
I did a bootvis but I'm really not sure where to go from there. The optimize on bootvis did nothing to fix this problem. Here's a copy of my bootvis record: Link

So what should I do to fix this?

it's in a zip b/c it's orignally like 24MBs, now it's only 4MBs

Yes I use adaware (reg & safe mode), spybot s&d (reg & safe), spywareblaster, avg (reg & safe), uninstalled useless software, etc
