long beep in windows

Hello, I'm using my signature PC and sometimes when in windows there's a long beep. Sometimes it's shorter sometimes longer. At first it only happened when playing games (in action packed scenes mostly I think) but now it beeps longer and in idle windows) What could be causing this?

That's what I thought, because it's set in bios to alarm me when temps are over 70C. However, I hear the fan working and all programs show low temperatures mostly, ~40C. Now I disabled "Cpmin" or something like that and set in bios to inform me when temps are over 60C. No beeps for now.

When was the last time you vacuumed the dust out of your case, cleaned the CPU HS, etc? If you cant' remember or you've never done it, everything's probably caked full of dust and no air is flowing.
