London Google

anything with Beardyman is win, dude is crazy talented. The Fluteboxing dude is tight too. Since I was 8 I've wished I could beatbox, both of these dudes make me so jealous 🙁

yea I saw that last night and was wondering where the hell he was playing i saw it from a different angle. Different camera angle didn't say google anywhere. I suppose they serve beer in the cafe at google in london? Damn U.K. is a crappy place to live though even if your rich you get taxed at what 61.5%. Cool yes i did not care for the second guy tho.

Redux is a website I use where friends share stuff with each other, Redux embeds it, whether it be a news story, a youtube clip, etc.

So I just C+P the link, in this case its a Redux link because a friend shared it.

It's relatively new, but I got a few friends on, and I'm hooked. Been so since January. 😀

Beardyman isn't even a super technical Beatboxer, but he is so creative he's almost better than dudes who are better at Beatboxing than him. I love Beatboxing and hate that you can't learn it like guitar or the piano. You can get better at it if you practice, but you have to be born with it.

does it have to do with an ability to roll or crease one's tongue? I have no idea how one beat-boxes, or what's required, but I can understand something like that as being a genetic requirement.

I played sax for many years, and know that tongue dexterity is very important. while you can certainly train for that sort of the thing, there are natural limits.

It involved the tongue your lips, and being able to use your voice box to generate noises if you want to emulate instruments or bass tones. Dana Carvey is awesome as impersonations, if I spent 8 hours a day for the next 10 years practicing I still couldn't sound half as good as him. Anyone can basically beat box, but to sound good doing it isn't easy. Beardyman is gifted, sort of like Jordan, working on their talent will increase it but the natural ability they have won't be touched.

I spent the better part of my later childhood trying to learn how to Beatbox, and I still sucked at it. Ended up giving up on my dreams when I was about 12. hehe. Hell I can't even seem to get that good ar Counter Strike, I guess I'm just epic fail.
