LOLOL Crazy parents...

does the photo developer have a right to comment on the content of photos? i don't think so.

the parents would have been wiser to invest in a digital camera.

"we even had grandpa there." 😀

crazy parents? I say crazy society for prohibiting such a thing. 😛 No one was harmed. Sounds like the kid had an awesome birthday, wish my parents would have been that cool.

btw, looks like this happened where I live.

It often seems that photo developers will take it upon themselves to report photos they feel are questionable.

Yep, some people seem to believe that photo developers are bound by some kind of attorney-client like privilege or believe that photo developers never see any of the pictures that are developed and take all sorts of pictures to them to be developed. General rule of thumb should be that if you take pictures that you wouldn't show in public, don't take them to your local photo developer.

Police were tipped off to the party by a photo developer at a drug store who saw pictures of the occasion.

he would be a dead man

yea no sh*t, since when is it against the law for a kid to see a naked person. is it agiant the law because she danced naked? thats is contributing to the deliquency of a minor???

Nobody was hurt, abused, traumatized during this.

Yep, this is a "crime" where nobody was the victim.

This is why a Digital SLR camera is on my list to replace the SLR film camera.
