I'm rooting for Tiger Direct on this one.

Apple is ridculous. The 'hold' button didn't work and I called for support. They wanted $50 for any support over the phone and wanted $250 as minimum to take a look at my iPod. My iPod was 1 month out of its standard 12 month warranty.

That ranks up there with the $50 proprietary replacement battery for the $100 Shuffle. :roll:
