The worm has definitely turned. The courts recently threw out Rambus' claims of Infineon's patent infringement. Meanwhile, other Infineon lawyers were working on a countersuit (no, not Counter-Strike) for &quot;defrauding an industry standards committee in seeking patents for memory chips.&quot; The jury is in, and Rambus lost.
