Over at the silentpcreview forums this has been discussed heavily. The consensus is that it is not worth it to most people, but certain folks would definitely buy it. It's not as bad of a bargain as it sounds when you add up the costs of what is all included if you were to buy similar items separately. A high end quiet aluminum enclosure is $150+, a fanless PSU is $150+, good luck finding a fanless heatsink - the closest commercial product would be the Zalman reserator with just the pump noise (at $250), then add on HD cooling, heatsinks/heatpipes for the gfx card, etc. - the costs add up quick. That being said - you really have to be anal about noise to go for something like this.
