I'm sure it'd be easy to fight. Didn't some broad get arrested for going topless in public, fought the charges, and won? Something about equal rights... if men can go topless in public, women have to be allowed to or something to that effect. Thought it was in NY. Topless is fair game now...however; the low pants are now getting gang labelled and banned on women and men.

I don't think it's gone to court yet though.
