Nah...it's not as hard to do as you think. The difficult part can be getting the dammed knife back out...as the picture shows. The bones of the skull can "grab" the blade, requiring lots of work to get the thing out of the skull.

It's USUALLY much more effective than this case however...maybe the "stabber" should have wiggled the blade around and removed it. Then he'd have achieved the desired result...or given the "stabee" a good lobotomy. 😛

I'm just imagining some limp wristed nerd cleaving through a skull with a knife. It seems unlikely.

It's called sharp force trauma. It does interesting things to your cranial bones, different than blunt force or projectile trauma.

you shoulda googled stabbed in the head😉
so many

"“I remember being pretty pissed off,” Powers recalled to Air Force Times. Adrenaline throbbed in his veins and blood soaked his shoulder. A medic, Spc. Ryan Webb with the 118th Military Police, was tugging at his arm, demanding that he “sit down, calm down and leave the knife in.”

The knife? What knife?

“They said, ‘You’re stabbed’ and ... I remember seeing the handle,” Powers said. “There was no pain because the brain has no pain sensory nerves. It was all surface, like someone punched me in the head.”"

there you go, testimony, it doesn't quite hurt as much as you'd think.

Its a shame the guy didn't pull the knife out to encourage bleeding and death before any medical intervention could happen. Now we all have to worry about getting fragged by this wallhacking cheater in the future. Nice pic!

not if you have no armor on😉 i also get the impression i kill more when i aim for the head., i never checked to confirm but it seems to work better that way.

CS:S has no knife head hitbox, only a back hitbox. CS 1.6 does, however. It's quite powerful, too. i don't know if 1.6 ALSO has a back hitbox.
