This is a jarr. I decided to try it for kicks, it actually DOES make pages load faster, and WAY faster. It seems to speed up the rendering time. Other wierd things too like the cursor blinking super fast.
What's weird though is that technically rendering speed should be based on the actual computing power (faster cpu = faster render) so it's odd that cheatengine would make it faster.
Hmm what other programs should I mess with.
