Hong Kong is an autonomous territory, kind of like Puerto Rico. I don't consider Puerto Rico as part of the United States, do you?

Regardless, all of the other places listed are indisputably countries so if your argument is that they only listed 14 ways he was wrong instead of 15...well...ok.

It's okay, justify it how you want. One stance when Trump speaks to Taiwan, another when you want to use "Hong Kong" as a country.

We all know you are willing to put aside morals & truth to "win" an argument, nothing new here.
