So that was you in the other stall? Damn, sounded like you were dying. Of course, I wasn't going to mention it, if you were, because the Incident Tracking reports are bitch to write up these days.

Get back to work, puke breath!

I wasn't even drunk/tipsy but I poorly hydrated my body the night before (we all know hang-over comes from dehydration).

This morning I woke up generally feeling like absolute shit. Headache, nausea, diarrhea first thing in the morning etc...

I still came to work anyway like a good responsible adult (lol) and even got a LOT of work done this morning. Even trained one of the new hires for 2 hours.

Well I went to grab some Pho for lunch to hydrate myself and it was just a bad bad idea. My body could not handle all that sudden influx of fluid in the body. When I got back from work, my head started to spin. I began to get MASSIVE nausea and almost ran to the private bathroom.

I violently puked about 4 times. All my lunch expelled violently. God it hurt soooooooo much. Then I sat in the very toilet and had diarrhea... pure liquid.

After puking it out... I feel much better now. I'm a little out of it, but at least I'm not actively sick.

Plan on finishing this day at work. Coworkers and bosses have no idea what just happened to me.

& still managing to nef here. :) Wish me luck.

:camera:'s?

try drinking a 5th of vodka (the night before work) and having to stop on the way to work to puke on the side of the of road before you talk about sticking it out.

Isn't Pho kind of salty? You should have just had gatoraid and a sammich

Salt = mostly electrolytes.
Gatorade = contains electrolytes.

???

Assuming table salt, that is only two electolytes (Na/Cl) out of about 1/2 dozen or so you need. + salt in and of itself is dehydrating.

Gatorade and other drinks were created as a solution for this.
