I found this link earlier. It's a game that you dont have to do anything with. Just start it up and "watch" as your player kills things, levels up, buys new equipment, etc. I've had it running for a few hours now and I'm up to level 7. It's a little addicting, in a strange way.

It's strange, you can start the game and let it run for a few hours. Come back and see what you've done. Then let it go again.

OK.. that's pretty pathetic in some ways.
 
Wow, that was the fastest I've ever gotten bored with a game. My character made level 43 and I couldn't stand watching that darn bar scroll across the screen anymore. Game over, delete. 🙂

I just checked and you're at level 61 now: #1593 out of 66,644 players.

My character is at #2437 (Sciolist), level 60. It just keeps running in the background. I guess I'm pathetic too.😀
 
i had a char up pretty high but then my comp crashed. the forums there is really funny

Progress quest is great, They had a progress quest 2 release canadiate out for a while and I now have Dread Pirate Roberts a 51st level character on the original realm, and Eloremar a 49th level Land squid bird rider on the new realm. It is so hypnotic!
 
Anyone know a way to run Progress Quest as a service or something in the background, it's somewhat entertaining but if I'm going to continue letting it run I don't want it in my start bar. 😛
