Premade custom metal items will in the thousands.

Completely custom, you are on your own. There are personal designers out there that will listen to you and will charge you whatever price. But it may or may not be cheap.

If you want to mold your own jewelry with whatever precious metals and plating of your choice, you are looking at anywhere from a few thousand dollars, to over $10K.
