Can someone break this down for me. The Hunter Biden thing has dragged out for so long as has been full of so many red herrings that I honestly don't know what obviously impeachable offense the President may have committed therein.
Just keep it slow, simple, and use small words cause Pubs seem pretty confident in themselves but seem to have trouble saying what exactly the president did that was illegal or an impeachable offense.

I got the impression the Republicans have no idea either so they want an impeachment to see if anything turns up. Enough of them blowing smoke out their asses and they're bound to think they smell fire.
The real reason, in my opinion, is that it's an admission they are inept. They represent the wealthy and have nothing to offer the majority of Americans and are having trouble adjusting to the fact that they had a good run and now they are toast. They are so full of hate they have revealed in the long run to appear to be intollerably despicable because their level of hatred they exude makes normal people sick.

Good grief, I hope they dont do that. We cant stoop to the democrats level of constantly trying to impeach. Just ignore the extreme right wing and focus on legislation as its the only thing that matters. Impeachment is such a waste of time.
I agree that wasting time in not a virtue. Where I would disagree, however, is that in my opinion, the Democrats were morally obligated to impeach Trump because of their oath to the uphold constitution. Trump, is a psychopathic criminal in my opinion and should have never even been allowed to run as a Republican. That they would not get a conviction did not make it a waste of time. He will be indicted soon, I believe, on evidence collected in part by the impeachment investigation. The fact that the Republicans would block conviction was a foregone conclusion, I think, but it wasn't a waste of time. Trump will go down as the worst person to hold the office, hopefully, forever.

I think we all called this back when Trump was initially impeached. Republicans will impeach Biden to get ‘revenge’ because they are not serious people, but we already knew that.

I actually don't recall how I felt about it at the time. Regardless, impeachment would give our elected idiots something to keep themselves occupied for a few weeks, with no possibility of doing any damage.

McCarthy admitted that they can't find any evidence, so they need the power of an impeachment to get to the root of the matter. Total distraction from them actually doing anything useful for the country, they are just pandering to the fucking idiots that watch Faux news. The next election cycle will have them wringing their hands, they can't understand why they will keep losing when they are doing absolutely nothing useful for the American populace.

From what I can tell from recent right wing ramblings is that it's been proven without a doubt that Biden was taking bribes or something, of course no one can ever actually produce this irrefutable evidence but that doesn't seem to matter to them
I think the goal here would be to normalize impeachment so that the average person says ‘everyone gets impeached nowadays’ so that real misconduct like Trump’s fades into the background.
Unfortunately due to the corruption of conservatives it’s no longer possible to convict someone even when they attempt a coup so yes, it’s all basically theater at this point.

I would think that their goal is to lessen the shock value of impeachment so Trump doesn't look as bad for his impeachments. For the 2024 election they can say both of the candidates have been impeached.

It's in fact quite likely that you can't even point to what you mean by "doing damage" because it's long been just words that you say without any real issue that you can point to.
