Nope. Contrary to popular belief, offspring from related persons don't always exhibit deformations.
Also mating cousins and siblings is common in animal breeding. The social stigma aside, the main reason inbreeding / line breeding is both good and bad is that it can get you recessive genes in the progeny.
Many recessive genes are bad, but some are very desirable esp in the animal market.
