Do you blame yourself or QC on Corsair's part?
I did get a response from a person at EVGA. We'll see how they treat this case.
WOW, Corsair's RMA service ROCKS THE HOUSE DOWN!!!
Not only am I getting a replacement hotswap door, but I'm also getting 4 replacement back-plane pieces to the the hotswap bays which was not included in my original email but in a second email after I learned the hotswap bay back-planes were bad!
I will definitely buy from them again!
Corsair's GREAT customer service has come through on the Hot-Swap door :thumbsup:
