lol just broke off Corsair 800D hotswap bay door

That's the reason I hate doors on cases, ever since I bumped the door on my Antec 1080AMG and it cut my knee and broke.
 
Yeah, it sucks. O well 🙂

I did email Corsair's RMA/Customer support. Hopefully they'll send me another one; I'll buy the door piece if they wanna sell it.
 
WOW, Corsair's RMA service ROCKS THE HOUSE DOWN!!!

Not only am I getting a replacement hotswap door, but I'm also getting 4 replacement back-plane pieces to the the hotswap bays which was not included in my original email but in a second email after I learned the hotswap bay back-planes were bad!

I will definitely buy from them again!

lol i love corsairs RMA.

Although i only used it on ram so far.
But they were great.

One of your reps emailed me stating the door was on back-order but the backplanes would be shipped that day, on the second day after he told me that, they arrived!

Now that's great customer support :thumbsup:

I gotta second what BTRY B 529th FA BN said, I had contacted Corsair about where I could buy additional modular cables for my PSU, they asked me which ones I needed and BOOM they sent them in the mail. I would have gladly bought them as I wanted extras beyond what came with my PSU. When I re-build my system next year I'll definitely be getting another Corsair PSU.

The SATA Hotswap issue should be common knowledge by now.

It was common sense to me anyway, so I never broke it to begin with:
