though i think he is a douchbag for getitng another DUI i have respect the man admiting it and wanting to serve his time. not trying to pull some of the shit other "stars" pull.

though i don't expect him to serve all 48 days. not many peopole serve that long
 
At least he took some responsibility for himself in court. It's a shame he couldn't do it before he got behind the wheel.

Celebrities should be able to afford a driver or a cab.
 
old news, maybe just the official sentencing now? I remember hearing that they taped/were taping the new season around this expected jailing. Guess it works out with the strike and all anyway.

Why would you call a cab if you have money? 😛 It's not New York. It's also not his first time with alcohol issues...it's more than just a one time mistake.

I'm speaking of hollywood, they are always ass backwards. Mainly the younger girls now. This dude probably figured he'd get a chance to hit up Paris or the Olsen twins if he spent a few nights in their favorite hangout.

when these people have the money, they have really nice cars that they'd rather be driving themselves, then have a cab drive them. 😉
