I've been trying all day to get a quote on insurance for me and little rudeguy since you know...this whole program is supposed to be awesome.

Well it won't even let me create an account. It constantly times out.

Biggest waste of time, money and resources ever.
 
it did just launch, give it some time. Have you seen apple.com during new iPhone launch? now multiply that by 1000.
 
Just think of how wonderful the health care coverage will be, with the same minds that thought through the implementation behind it 😀 It will be equally awesome!

The whole program is a giant joke and a waste of money that the govt does not have...
Explain to me please how its better for the people?

Guess what.. People who cant afford insurance still wont be able to afford insurance... Does not matter who sells it right?
Do the math, if your young and healthy you are far better off to pay the penalty than to pay the increased premiums brought on by this program, not sure about you, but my insurance has gone up because of this...
 
They think people are idiots and cannot do a Online Quote themselves? Here is an idea, give them one centralized place. That will help!!!

That was the plan from the beginning.

1 - Pass a law requiring that everyone buy healthcare
2 - Wait for law to fail because people can't afford it
3 - Create a program to provide "assistance" to the people that can't afford to buy healthcare because its too late to overturn #1
4 - Increase taxes on private health plans to pay for new "assistance" program
5 - After several years of government providing "assistance" for large portions of the population, pass law moving to universal government funded healthcare

At this point, I would rather let Government run our healthcare........no joke.

So what if doctors/nurses make what rest of the worlds pay them.

Healthcare needs a BIG reset button, and that will NOT happen by itself. Government take over is THE only solution (regardless how bad it might be after they take over).

What else can we do?

Even if I did, I would say the same thing.

Look around the world and see how much doctors/nurses etc make.

Assume that's coming....just a matter of time.

And I'm sorry that you won't be able to live in a 5000sq ft house and buy a new car every year. I feel so bad for you.

Almost every other country in the civilized world has universal gov't health care. It's cheaper and better than ours. I suppose you want to pay for over priced shitty health care then?

Launch day always sucks. After the first couple weekends, the kids will go back to playing CoD, they'll release an x.1 patch with some bug fixes, and there'll be enough info out there that I can really get into the metagame.

Hopefully it'll go F2P in a few years.
 
If GTA 5 Online runs into issues today then the game is a failure and should be abolished.

U.S. government can not manage SS; how are they going to manage something that is way more complex? Guess you want government controlling your life;
