Seems responders believe he's returning it because he felt guilty or something. He's attempting to return it to the returns counter to get cash back or a store credit at worst. People tried this all the time when I worked retail at an office supply store. Bums certainly did have a penchant for choosing the wrong multi-hundred dollar toner cartridges for their commercial laser copiers they ran at their home office.
