Logitech G27
Every review I have ever read says that the G25 is better than the G27 with very few exceptions. I really want to build a seat (like a playseat) and get a wheel, but because of the poor reviews on the G27 I haven't built one yet.

i've almost purchased the g27... until i read that it's really not all that great... It's pretty good, but not great. I've played with the G25 before, and the shifter feels like it can break too easily... feels too plastic... and that there's very little resistance.
So I've done some research, and it turns out that the Fanatec uses a belt-driven force feed back system, which is A LOT better, and more realistic than gear driven (g25/g27). It's also much stronger too, and not as noisy! Then I've read that you can get the Lightning SST shifter or the ACT-LABS shifter, both of which is way better than the G25/G27 shifter.
And the pedal set, I've read somewhere that this one guy makes a pedal that actually hangs... Anyways, it's gonna be one expensive mother...
