Logo help, typeface

I'm finishing up a project for some ROTC stuff and I just can't seem to find a high res version of this logo:

I do however have a high res version of it, but without the 'Cross into the Blue' part here: here

I don't know the font either

Can anyone graphic designers help me out by adding that into the high res version?

The big thing for me is maintaining the brushed metal 'look', and the size of the logo relative to the size of the bounding box.

I could perhaps spare a couple of bucks out of my own pocket if you can help me with this.

(I tried to find the original vector source without any luck, after trying to contact quite a few people)

I'm without anything to reference, but at first glance, I'd guess the USAF is Univers, the ROTC is possibly Arial (ugh) and the "cross into..." bit might be a mix of fonts - the serif size and style on the "I" might be Triplex Serif, but the rest of it's unremarkable, possibly Trade Gothic Condensed, Univers Condensed or Helvetica Condensed.
