LOL, you must have missed this little, stickied thread from last year. :D

Yeah that was tax season. It's not tax season right now and people still have accounting questions.

Google it and you will find plenty of free font downloads. Some of them clearly state in the readme that they're free for commercial use.;)

edit: most of them ---> some of them

Guess I'll have to look through those. I usually use Acid Fonts, but I haven't had much luck finding ones that are free for commercial use (at least, the few that I've downloaded haven't been).

Logo Entry

This entry consists of a half dozen different logos of my creation. They are simple, but yet convey their message. At least from my point of view. They are all vector based, but can be turned to any image format of choice. The colors I used were purely of my choice. They can be changed to go along with color choice of garment.

Hope you like these.

R. Larabee

Edit:

File size of image might be a bit large (75k) please be patient.

Logo Entry

The link works fine for me. I get that message from time to time as well. Verizon personal web space service sucks in my opinion. But the link works, and the logo is there. I just checked.

Negative - I've seen this done before with a few daycare centers. My dad even used one for a past logo he made for our community day care about 20 years ago.

Below is a new entry of logos. They are hosted on my personal space with verizon. Sometimes you can have trouble, as some have found out, with trying to view the image. Please be patient, the images are their, and the link does work.

R. Larabee

New Entry.

The image is a little large(66k). Please be patient and let it load.

Some ideas.
Is vector an absolute must, or will you accept a huge image instead?

btw eraser you might want to export gif/png...less strain on your webspace and it will look better than jpg

Those say "teh kid's hut," just so you know. Vector graphics are pretty much the norm for logos.

Vectors:

Printing shops and such virtually require vector graphics. If you don't work in Illustrator (or others), get thee a copy of Streamline. It's not perfect, but with some work can convert many bitmapped images to vector format.
