Okay, so i ordered Z623's Wednesday June 29th, next day shipping so they get there on friday, right? Well no, they dont ship out until friday and because of the holiday weekend they weren't expected until tuesday, so on tuesday after waiting all day they never arrived, i called them up said they never arrived, they said they were sorry but there was a mix up with the holiday weekend and they would ship out the next day (wednsday) and arrive thursday. I said never mind that just refund it and dont ship it. They say fine. I order within the hour from amazon with next day shipping for 15 bucks less (direct from logitech was cheaper the week before, i checked) Lo and behold the unit from logitech shows up the next morning, i call them up say i told you not to ship it, they said there was some mix up and they would send me a return label. I get the label and get it picked up the next morning as my set from amazon arrives (good timing) The returned set arrives to logitech yesterday (7/12/11) i call them up this morning and ask they go ahead with the refund (they told me to call and ask) they say sure no problem. I check my paypal a few hours later and i am refunded everything EXCEPT the tax and $22 shipping!
Should i take it and just forget about it losing about 28 bucks or should I call them back and demand a refund for the shipping and such as well (seeing as i told them not to ship it)

Called logitech this morning and requested that the S/H and tax be refunded as well, i explained that it wasnt MY fault they had shipped it and i had requested a refund before they shipped it. They said they couldnt do it no matter what. So i asked to talk with the supervisor, after about 30 seconds I am on my way to a full refund. This afternoon the fefund for the other 28 bucks came through and i have been fully refunded! Yay logitech.
