Logitech z560 + Santa Cruz = no left rear speaker

I've got a of z560 with a turtle beach santa cruz and the left rear channel doesn't
put out any sound. I've tried changing speaker setup in the santa cruz software,
but nothing.

Any help???

Are the left and right speakers plugged into the right connectors? Double-check that everything is where it should be, including the connections to your sound card. Hope this helps.

I have the same set-up. I got sound from all speakers.

Yes, I have the same problem, except mine is the right front speaker. Where did you buy your Z560s?

I got mine at EMS Computing. I just requested an exchange for them. I'm assuming its just a faulty connection on that
channel.
