The ones that expire in 2005 are for your future purchases.

Like if you made a Buy.com purchase in April 2005, you would be eligible for the rebate during those months.

However, if you were to be a member until mid - 2005 you would have to pay those GreatFun membership fees ($8.95 a month).

For those who care here is a follow-up:

I received my rebate confirmation from Logitech 2 weeks ago, still waiting for check.

I received my GreatFun rebate check 3 days ago.

Good Luck, PM me with any questions.

I bought these speakers awhile ago for my fiancee's box, I really like them. I was just poking around amazon and came across this review -

I was really excited to replace my Harman Kardon sub/sats that came with the Dell.... the truth is the HK's were actually really pretty darn good. But I thought I'd make the leap to something better. The Z3's came, I unpacked them, and hooked them up. The first thing you notice is that the satellites are very heavy.... ah, a good sign....??? I placed the satellites on the desk and the subwoofer on the floor under my desk. Fired up the system. Ugh. Terrible. Granted, the subwoofer has an independent volume control, but no matter where you set that, the separation from sub to sats is horrible. The sats are too treble'y, the sub is too boomy (in a bad resonant way) and so all you hear is screachy treble and this really weird crappy boomy sound from under the desk. Keep reading, it gets better... I wasn't willing to throw in the towel, so I went to Home Depot, bought some wood, and built a box, 14" high, 10" square all sides. I filled the box with sand to kill the resonance, and put the sub on the box. Now the sub sits on this box under my desk, with the sats sitting on the desk right over it.
Simply bringing that sub up to nearly the same level as the sats made a HUGE difference; I mean the critical difference. I'm sure that sitting what is basically a low-quality sub on 40 lbs of sand has helped it 1000% as well. It has made the sub very clean with none of that goofy resonant boominess left. So for the $60 + $25 other materials, I have a speaker system that was everything I hoped for!

the sub sounded fine to me, but if you don't like it how it is, here's food for thought...

GreatFun rebate is still applicable--in fact you get $25 off any purchase $50 or over. The only problem is, this the price dropped as mentioned to $38, so I dunno how much you can get back from GreatFun now.

Still waiting for my Logitech rebate check, not too worried since I already have the confirmation email. I WAS worried about the GreatFun rebate--they didn't email me or anything. Boy was I glad the day I got that check.

Can you use a Buy.com coupon in junction with the greatfun rebate? Like a $15 off $200, or one of the 5-10% off ones, and then be able to use the Greatfun rebate as well?

this deal is weak compared to last week's 6.95 AR for these great set of speakers...

i just have them hooked up and they look great, but doesn't sound as great as my other logitech z560

🙂
