I always wanted some kind of racing wheel just to have fun with. Is the Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP any good?
I can get one for about 32.82 dollars and I think it also comes with some game.

Anybody got one? anything you wanna say about this wheel?

I have heard talk of them having kind of a notchy feel to them. All FF wheels exhibit this trait, some are just worse than others. There may be better choices currently in the FS/FT forums. The Logitech Formula Force cable driven unit that "cobrasvt" has for sale was definitely a better wheel overall. The Microsoft FF unit that "shelbyboy" has for sale is preferable as well. If I was in the market for a FF wheel right now, I would spend the extra $18 and buy either one of these. Just my two cents.

I didn't mean to imply that it is not a good value. $32 is not much to spend on a new wheel/pedal set of any kind much less one that has FF. With the right games you'll definitely get 32 bucks worth of entertainment out of it.
Just pointing out a couple of current options in your price range.
BTW#1 The MSFF seller claims 30 min use so it's almost new.
BTW#2 The cable driven Logitech has a good history of reliability and a better FF implementation.
Now stay off the sidewalks, cause I'm off to the races.

I've also heard personal testimony that the cable driven FF logitech wheel is considerably better than the newer version. I would double check driver support for OSes beyond Win98/ME though.

Doesn't Justdeals.com have those wheels even cheaper than $32? I've purchased a few Logitech joysticks from them and have been very happy with the product I recieved.
