Logitech speaker help

I have the z540's and the sub comes on and off and i have checked the connections but the problem persists. I have owned these speakers for 18 months. Could someone tell me the policy logitech has on gettin items replaced (couldn't find info on their website) or will i probally have to end up buyin some new speakers?
 
Give logitech support a call. A buddy of mine got a Logitech steering wheel replacement sent to him without even having to send the broken back to them.
