I was given an RMA today from Logitech on my MX700 Duo.
They are planning to send me an LX700 mouse for my MX700 mouse. Well, there is no LX700 mouse on their site, so I assume its the LX700 Duo. The mouse that comes with the Duo is the SmartClick Plus with some differences. I'll have to assume they are sending the Duo, because the the separate mouse won't work with my existing keyboard and doesn't have a recharging base. Suppose I should have clarified that but assumed I was getting something comperable.
Anyway, the mouse with the LX Duo looks like a downgrade from my MX700, it doesn't have the up and down scroll keys and frankly looks cheap. I'm I wrong, is this a fair replacement? Should I just shut up and accept this mouse or tell them to keep it?
