Logitech Quickcam Web and XP

Though this camera is detected and seems to want to function, everytime I choose to view it
under My Computer, the image begins to load, then the system locks up.

Anyone else having this problem?
 
Hardware detection by XP does not mean that the necessary drivers are available and properly installed. If Logitech has not released the XP drivers for your webcam yet then try their win2k drivers (if available).
