Yes, your not actually buying from Amazon, what your doing is just reserving and guaranteeing that you can get one when you go to CC then you buy it from CC. Rebate is for buying it at Amazon.

Sweet. I just got one. Paid $150 after $15 coupons for a Logitech MX700 + iRiver ChromeX. Now take away $40 rebates, $110. sweeeeeeeeeet.

I've never had an optical. Using an older Logitech Mouseman Cordless right now & the wheel is worn-out & ball is getting jerky, even after cleaning the rollers. I can't wait to go optical.. And stop buying batteries! (at least for this device).
