Jesus, I had no idea they had such a sketchy record...considering that I ordered from them five times within the last month and received all my orders within 2 days.

So yeah for those of you out there, take your chances but if you ask me, I say that they have great service.

Yeah, I almost ordered myself too. Some users like yourself got what they ordered, some claimed they got old parts mixed in with new. But MX1000 at this price is hard to beat for sure.

I almost jumped on this but I noticed they have the refurbished priced higher than the new/retail box...

My guess they got the two mixed up and with their ratings didn't seem worth the risk to see which would be delivered. Great price though if you get the new/retail version as advertised.
