Logitech MX Duo Issue

I live in a condominium complex and occassionally around 6-10 pm (after everyone gets home from work) my mouse acts up. It sticks and sometimes I can't get it to work. I'm assuming this is being caused by my neighbors using their appliances.
My question is, is there any why to counter this? And would bluetooth be a better alternative to my RF signal mouse? Thanks all. Anandtech rules!

I thought the MX Duo receiver used a frequency around 27MHz...not sure what would interfere with that. I could be wrong though. 😛

I have a ms wireless mouse and the mhz is 27. there is a button to change the freqency.
