I'm having trouble finding a mouse pad that works smoothly w/ my MX 700 (in fact, I'd say the feet on all logitech mice are thier weak spot, too small and they wear out fast) but I can't find a pad that doesn't feel like it's dragging w/ the MX 700. The Func surface 1030 is the bast so far.

Any Ideas?

Thanx

I have MX 500, which should be basically the same from the mousepad perspective...
and I'm using the Func 1030... it works AWESOME.
I've said it once, I'll say it again... the func 1030 is THE best $20 I've spent on my computer!

Thanx guys, I do like the func 1030, as long as I clean it often, but my Rat Pad has been working better w/ my intellimouse explorer, but it seems like it would wear the feet off the mx 700... And I bought about 2 feet of teflon tape awhile ago... that's the same as mouse skates.

OH and BTW, part of the deal w/ the mx 700 is that's it's so heavy it really drags, it needs a very smooth pad.

For your MX 700 I would go with the Everglide Gigantal Optical, the main reason being it will extend your battery life between charges due to the optical sensor being able to track better (so will not use so much battery power) but it`s your money so up to you ;).
