Got mine today. Both in good shape.
Took 5 hours to install though, simply because logitech's bluetooth implementation leaves much, much to be desired.

Mine arrived with tape all over the box and the parts just thrown in the box. The LCD screen has light scratches all over it. I've got another Logitech keyboard that has fewer blemishes and it's the only keyboard I've used with my home PC for over a year. The two 18" sata cables I purchased with it are only about 6" long. I emailed them yesterday and have had no response so far. The CD was scratched and would not install. I downloaded software from the Logitech site and installation went almost as wel as could be expected (5 mins tops without customizing which I will do later). The largest delay was finding the right software and the fact I had no manual to guide me through product features.

Overall, I'm dissapointed with the condition of the keyboard, but it's a heck of a price. If I knew I were going to get a product in closer to new condition, I would order another.

I didn't get any manual or cd myself, and it was taped as well, though in good condition.
All the same, I'm back to my old RF MX1000 and wired keyboard. It's nice to have an emergency backup - the MX1000 really is the best mouse I've ever used - but the bluetooth versions have a noticable delay on the keyboard. Plus, the bluetooth itself was a nightmare.

I have a MX500 set and really like it. But I don't game much anymore and would trade my MX1000 for a bluetooth Revolution in a heartbeat.
