Logitech Momo wheel problems

I just got Logitechs Momo steering wheel... but I am having problems with it.

It doesn't work in Mercedes Benz World Racing, it works in Need for Speed Underground 2... but the wheel is still "locked" so its tough to turn. I also tried Colin McRae Rally 2005, that works up until the last second [red, yellow, green, go..... but no go, since its not working].

You guys have any ideas what's going on?
