Logitech keyboard and winXP?

Can anyone get a Logitech keyboard to work on XP...cuz I can't
My k-board works during start-up (in setup and skipping the memory test) but after the XP logo comes up, it dies. :|
Also, in the keyboard settings in control panel, nothing is listed there. Should I buy a new keyboard? I'm pretty sure its not my m/b or anything else is czusing the problem...

My logitech cordless desktop pro works great in winXP RC2, I did not install mouseware.

My cordless logitech keyboard works fine, I don't use the cordless mouse any more.
