Logitech harmony one worth it

Just got a new 40 inch LCD and and new Directv HD DVR. Soon to get blu-ray as well. And of course the directv remote will not work with the samsung tv which is really lame. Anyway was wondering if the Logitech HArmony One is really worth $200 or would one of the less expensive remotes work just as well? I've always had the problem where you buy a universal remote that says it will do everything, and of course their is always something it doesn't and you have to go back to the original remote for at least 1 button. I keep hearing that the Harmony one is the remote to end all remotes is this true???

The remote to end all remotes? No. The best remote you're going to get at the prices most people are even willing to consider? Without a doubt.

I just picked one up a couple weeks ago to replace my Harmony 880 as I found an excellent deal on one (~$130). In short, is it better than the 880? Yes. Is it worth the price premium over the 880? Ehhhh.. Maybe, but probably not. I really do like it though, I just think its price is set too high (>$170)..

i love mine. my 880's usb quit working so i couldnt update it anymore. got the One when it first came out and love it. the buttons are fantastic compared to the 880. they arent small and crammed together. the lcd touchscreen is nice and better than the buttons that sit next to the screen on the other harmony's. a couple buttons got buggered up when i moved last month. still work but get "stiff" if left sitting for long periods. its weird, hard to explain. i may end up getting another to replace it though if it keeps bugging me. that tells you how much i like it; i'd buy it again! probably my only complaint is its IR line of sight is narrower than the 880 and an older 667(?). its not a deal breaker and im used to it now.
