TigerDirect.com has the Logitech Harmony 680 Remote Control for $99.99 + Shipping.

With the Logitech Harmony 680 advanced universal remote control, a single button is all it takes. That's right: Just press "My Videos," "My Music," or "My TV" on your Harmony 680 and all your equipment turns on and automatically adjusts to the right settings.

ok,
here you go this is going to be a rant. i got mine during the 25% logitech rebate sale from newegg. after reading from tivo forums.

i spent about 100bucks. it is the best electronics purchase i have made in 3 years. second is direct tivo. you set it up on a web site. not the most intutive but you will figure it out.

you can control everything with one button, plus the thing that was the bonus is on the web site you can download the chanels and listings for at least 2 weeks to the remote. they come up on the lcd.

the down side is battery life you need to have aaa rechargeables. but the batteries run out at the same time you need to reprogram the chanel listing. if i had know i would have paid full retail for this product.

I got mine a few months ago and the batteries just ran out, after about 3 months of daily use! The software works pretty well in getting things setup, and you have the ability to add functionality through the remote learning method, and add buttons that aren't on the remote, via the LCD. Overall, I will never own another universal remote, because in reality, why would I need to!

Update your remote. The new firmware fixes this issue.

I also got this for $100 and got the 25% off rebate. The remote is plain out awesome
but I wish it could do macros. My batteries ran out in 2 and half months of everyday use.
They need a feature to turn off that lcd when its not in use, otherwise it constantly displays a graphic.

Question for anybody that uses this remote with MCE - does it come with its own receiver, or do you still have to use the standard MCE remote receiver?

You could probably do a macro in a roundabout sort of way. Try making a new activity, then you can add in extra commands in the setup site. Then that activity becomes your macro.

Still have to use the MCE receiver.

I have to count myself as another amazingly satisfied user of the 680. This dramatically increases the WAF or GFAF (wife or girlfriend acceptance factor) of any A/V gear you may have.

The "help" button isn't really that helpful, but it'll keep whoever's using it occupied until you can fix whatever they broke. ;)
