Logitech G7

I seem to find one with the manufacturer model of

931375-0403

and

931639-0403

for the logitech g7. What is the difference? im puzzled.

Hmm im not too sure.

Some say the middle button is improved/different colour/different material.

Anyone got more info in the newer revision?

The older one was green with silver, the newer one is black carbon fiber looking and blue. I'm guessing thats the difference.

Alrite. I just wasnt sure what the difference was before i pulled the trigger.

I don't think you can even find the old green with silver one. It doesn't really matter, since they're both hideously ugly. Take it from a guy who owns the pseudo carbon fiber one with the royal blue (?) buttons.

On the other hand, my Logitech MX Revolution is so sexy looking, I wish I could drive it around town.

Agreed, the green/silver was barf...but I think the black carbon one looks pretty cool. And, personally, I thought my MX Rev was just as ugly...but I also didn't like it as much as my G7 in general so....

To the OP, I just ordered a G7 two weeks ago and it was the newer color...I agree with the others that I don't think anyplace has the old ugly color...at least that would suck if you got shipped the old one anyway.
